I've always wanted to help people move well — to help them create momentum, alignment, and joy in their lives. That core desire led me to teaching in university classrooms, co-authoring women's fitness certification curricula used by coaches worldwide, building operational systems for a multi-location fitness business, and coaching strength training in 1-on-1 sessions and large groups where clients have navigated pain, recovery, and major life transitions.

I've been coaching, teaching, leading, and facilitating growth for nearly two decades, across different settings, using frameworks of behavior change and skill building to make growth a reality.
